Booking a free 30-minute readiness call does not create a contractual relationship between you and Insightful Minds Consulting Ltd. No fees are payable for this call, and neither party is obliged to proceed further as a result of it. The call may be rescheduled or cancelled by either party at any time with no consequence.
The AI Readiness Assessment (£995) is a paid engagement governed by a separate engagement letter, issued once you confirm you wish to proceed, setting out the scope, fee, and delivery timeline. Cancellation before work has commenced will result in a full refund. Once discovery work has begun, a pro-rata charge applies based on time spent. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to support@insightfulmindsconsulting.com.
Any subsequent paid project work is governed by its own statement of work, agreed in writing before work begins. Payment terms, deliverables, and cancellation conditions are set out in that document. In the absence of a specific cancellation clause in the statement of work, cancellation after project commencement will be charged at a pro-rata rate for work completed to date.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact support@insightfulmindsconsulting.com with your request and details of the engagement.
These terms apply to your general use of this website and our conversational AI agent. Where a separate engagement letter or statement of work conflicts with these terms, the engagement letter or statement of work takes precedence for that engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this website is owned by Insightful Minds Consulting Ltd. For paid engagements, ownership of the deliverables we build for you, such as bespoke applications, agent configurations, or implementation plans, transfers to you on full payment. This excludes any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or components we developed independently of your engagement, which we retain ownership of and licence to you for use as part of the deliverable.
Where a deliverable includes third-party software or services, such as Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Twilio, or Supabase, your use of those components remains subject to the relevant third party's own terms.
This website and our conversational AI agent are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep them accurate and available, we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of this website or the AI agent is limited to direct losses, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, which cannot be excluded under UK law. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the relevant engagement letter or statement of work.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims or losses arising from your misuse of this website or the AI agent, or your breach of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to this website or the conversational AI agent at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or misused the service.
Termination of your access to the website does not affect any in-progress paid engagement, which continues to be governed by its own engagement letter or statement of work unless separately terminated in accordance with its terms.
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, our conversational AI agent, or our services, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
